Lift Destruction Test:
This feature article is about the Eskimo lift destruction
test that was performed June 18-19th in 1990 at Winter Park
Resort, Colorado. The Eskimo lift was put through a series
of tests so the lift industry could learn from what could
happen if something like this were to occure in a real-life
scenario.
Keystone's
Cabin Storage Facility:
Keystone Resort, Colorado has one of the nations most unique
cabin storage facilities in North America. It's the home of
two different gondolas and houses more than 300 gondola cabins
inside it.
Snowbird's
Aerial Tram:
In the summer 2004, Skilifts.org was fortunate enough to get
a tour of Snowbird's aerial tram. Installed in 1971 by Garaventa
A.G. of Switzerland, the tram is one of Utah's most famous
lifts and was one of the few that were built in North America.

enables a person to identify a certain brand or type of lift
to what someone saw out in the field by comparing and matching
key elements of that lift to what has been compiled into this
area to the make process easy and fast.
