Even though Tiegel is still in business today, it was once had
an aerial lift division which was located in Belmont, California.
Founded in 1959, its lift manufacturing career seemed to be off
and on, with only a few surface lift and two double chair installations.
Tiegel got out of the aerial lift industry in 1968 and has put all
efforts towards the manufacturing and production of battery equipement.
