The Summit at Snoqualmie also has an abandoned train tunnel, located directly under the power lines between Hyak and Silver Fir.

If you click on the link below and go down to the Google topo map at the bottom and zoom in, you can see the old line.

Cool info about Snoqualmie and I can also confirm Stevens pass has a tunnel. I don't think lookout pass has a tunnel but someone could prove me wrong.
There is at least one more US ski area with a tunnel. I just looked it up and the tunnel I'm thinking of was in use until the mid 90's.

The railroad is close to Lookout Pass, but does not pass directly under it.

The Moffat Tunnel's West Portal is in the base area at Winter Park.
Nathan, are you referring to the one near my house, under Ski Cooper? That one was operated until 1992-3 and is mothballed, not abandoned.

Park City must be the only place where the train was part of the resort, with the old Ski Train (along with over 1000 miles of other abandoned mine tunnels under Park City and Deer Valley and the surrounding area)
