Well mammoth has over a foot at main and snowmaking starts tonite and 2-3 FEET are possible with this next big storm and Rumor has it that they will be opening later this week, so maybe thursday, friday or saturday. Maybe boreal will get a foot or so then starts snowmaking and can do the same because no other tahoe resorts are ready to open

Boreal might have accelerator open this weekend (I'm starting the rumor). Thats all they need and they are 80% open, 1 lift.
I hear that broadway and the gondola arent ready at mammoth so what will probably happen is Thunderbound, Stump and Face with MAYBE 23 if they have enought but I wouldnt count on that.

When you say 'cleared' do you mean licenced?
Arapahoe Basin may open Exhibition this weekend if it stays cold. We had a dusting at my house yesterday morning and it never really warmed up, so it's quite possible.
