Red Cloud and Crown Point at Deer Valley are both relocated Yans with the same thing, angled tower tubes and vertical crossarms. Crown Point has this all the way up the line (very steep lift) and Red Cloud has it on the breakovers and one tower before. These were both 1991 relocations from parts of the 1981 Carpenter triple chair, which didn't have lifting frames at all, so they were added for the relocations. Viking was a new install from 1990 also that has it too, on one half-tower with depression sheaves

Looks like Val D'isere, when I was younger I had the pleasure of riding that lift when it was a double, one of the coolest lifts I've ever ridden...

I kind of like the one on the Bethlehem Express. Suprising angle of the towers for such a flat lift though

That would be Leissieres Express at Val D'Isere/La Fornet. It does indeed go up one side of the valley, straight over the ridge and back down using a 5 tower sheave assembly. Sure turns the stomach upside down the first time you ride it.

Some good ones I know of are
-The peak chair at whistler which is also pretty stomach churning to download on
-Symphony chair also at whistler
-Peak chair at Grouse Mountain
-not sure if it counts but both the Grouse mtn skyrides have 30-40 degree slants after the breakover towers
-Morrisey chair at sun peaks
-Sea to sky gondola has 2 sets of breakover towers after each steep part in the line

When I worked at MHM's (early/mid 90's), boarders weren't allowed to ride Blue unless Express/Jacob's Ladder/Mt. Hood Express (same lift, different name and configurations) was closed for obvious reasons. The offload ramp was usually a sheet of ice and it made for a pile of people about 2/3rds of the way down. Now they don't care and I ride it every time it's open just for the thrill of it. Old school, center rectifier pole for the ignorant. Ribblets rule!

This lift and Red/Easy rider are the only two ribblets left at MHM's. Yellow was tore down a number of years ago and replaced with a LP HS quad.

I couldn't find any pictures but the old Riblet Loge Peak double at Aspen Highlands had a spectacular set of breakover towers near the top of line that spanned a large gap on the ride. There were pictures of it all around Highlands and I am sorry I couldn't find any but it made for one awesome looking lift.
