Also, over the last two seasons, Breckenridge has been replacing the colored arrow trail signs with new trail signs that do not use them, as there are no longer four peaks. So it is always a little funny seeing trail signs with colored arrows for "Peak 7, Peak 8, Peak 9, Peak 10".

That's interesting, considering that the Beaver Run SuperChair has had the yellow signs since at least 2007, and its signs are configured the same way they were slapped onto the Mercury SuperChair or the Rocky Mountain SuperChair.
....depends what time of year they were installed....August or November.....

Then again, I have noticed that how the yellow signs are configured differs from resort to resort. Crested Butte has the "Keep Tips Up" sign on a post in the ground to the outside of the uphill lift line at the upper terminal, while the "Check for Loose Clothing" and "Prepare to Unload" signs are on the last lift tower. On the Poma high speed quads at Copper Mountain, the "Loose Clothing" sign is on the penultimate or final tower, the "Prepare to Unload" on the last tower or first column of upper terminal, and "Keep Tips Up" on an upper terminal column. The "Keep Tips Up" is on the downhill side of the lift shack on the two Doppelmayr high speed quads and the other signs are on the last two towers. Vail does "Check for Loose Clothing" two towers from the top, "Prepare to Unload" at last tower, and "Keep Tips Up" on first column of the upper terminal.

Here's what happens when the king gets a little too close to that fire he was making, probably because he discovered a child named "Th" in it:

This one I saw on Lincoln Meadows, there is just no excuse for.

Zendo's a superchair? You mean that the "SuperChair" designation is no longer limited to the high speed quads and six packs on the five peaks? It now applies to fixed grip quads? I guess the people who put this sign up were consulting the online map with the rendering error that gave Zendo the line of a high speed six pack (which has been corrected on the big map boards at the top of the lifts and on the printed trail map).

Meanwhile, I hope Breckenridge corrects the sign at Zendo next season because seeing a sign reading "Zendo SuperChair" on what is obviously a fixed grip quad is just silly.
Recently, I went by the Arapahoe Crossings complex in Aurora and the big "ARAPAHOE CROSSINGS" sign at night had some letters that were not working. Specifically, they caused one side to read "ARAPAHOE CROSS", and the other to read "ARAPAHOE SINGS".

This is the sign at tower 9 on the Kensho SuperChair:

It also appears on other lifts like Zendo,

the Beaver Run SuperChair,

and the current Colorado SuperChair:
