Do we count the stations( the bullwheels) as towers? I never do.

SkiBachelor's Photo SkiBachelor 30 May 2007

I don't include those as I feel those are built in structures.

Never the bullwheel or its guide sheave but with some terminal designs, like CTEC's Enterprise fixed grips, tower one is integrated into the terminal structure.

I'm going to get some pictures of the old single this summer. So we can add them on the chairlift photos page.

I only looked at a few, but I can say that the Northstar Express at Okemo, VT has 145 chairs and 19 poles. I will be able to update a lot more this winter.

Upper Centennial? It stands to reason, given that's basically where it was. I thought I had heard that it stayed at least one year after the current Lift 6 was built to serve the upper pitches of those runs.

I have many pics of Bluewood and the number of chairs for each lift.
Skyline Express: 101 chairs.
Triple Nickle: 68.
Platter 38.
Both lifts are triples.

Also I got some pics of the single at Ski Acres as well as one of Bonanza. I would appreceate if someone would put these on the the photo page for the ski area.

Cameron's pretty busy right now I'm sure. One of these days Badger will get a page, now that I got some good pics.

Yeah, he is super busy. I sent him Whistler Blackcomb and Mt. Baker pics a year ago and he hasn't had a chance to get to them yet. I totally understand, we are all busy people.

Right now I'm in Big Sky, MT but leaving tomorrow for Jackson.

The Badger pictures are on the website, I just haven't had the time to create the pages for them yet. Hopefully tomorrow though.
